This is the complete combination from our KTM 690 SMC R dyno run. In stock form the bike made 60.05 hp. With these parts it made 81.76 rear-wheel hp on VP Racing MR12 race fuel, a gain of 21.71 hp from an engine with stock internals, and 78.15 hp on pump gas. See the dyno result.

Big Air install requirements

The Big Air intake is 8" long and requires ECU relocation, a battery tray modification and a smaller lithium battery. JB Performance does not sell batteries.

Good to know

The 81.76 hp figure was made on race fuel; the same parts made 78.15 hp on pump gas. At this level of airflow the stock injector was observed near 99% duty cycle, so for sustained full-throttle use talk to us about injector sizing.
