Dyno: Rear-wheel horsepower and torque from our in-house dyno (WinPEP 7). The middle run is the same build on pump gas (78.15 hp). Peak figures are read from the dyno sheet legend, and the chart curves are traced from the original sheet shown on this page.

Build Notes

This complete JB Performance package took a Gen 3 KTM 690 SMC R from 60.05 to 81.76 rear-wheel horsepower on VP Racing MR12 race fuel: a 21.71 hp gain from an engine with stock internals. On pump gas, the same parts made 78.15 hp. The Stage 3 Big Air intake opens up the intake side, the Empire exhaust frees up the outlet side, and a custom Power Commander 6 map pulls it all together. At this level of airflow the stock injector was observed near 99% duty cycle, so for sustained full-throttle use we recommend talking to us about injector sizing.
