Products and services sold on this site are intended for closed-course, off-road and competition use only. They are not legal for street use where emissions laws apply, including California.

JB Performance parts, Dynojet Power Commanders and performance ECU flashes sold here do not have a CARB Executive Order. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply where you ride, including federal anti-tampering rules and any state emissions testing.

• You ship your ECU to us tracked and insured, at your own risk.
• We return it by tracked USPS.
• Turnaround time is stated on the product page.
• Not every bike or ECU version can be flashed. If yours can't, we return it and refund the service fee.

• Professional installation is recommended.
• Some products need extra work to fit. For example, the Big Air intake requires relocating the ECU, modifying the battery tray and using a small lithium battery. Check the product page before you order.
• Modifications may affect your bike's factory warranty.
• Not sure about fitment? Ask us before you buy.

• Dyno figures on this site come from specific bikes tested on our dyno using WinPEP 7.
• Your results will vary with fuel, weather, tune, mileage and the condition of your bike. Dyno figures are not guaranteed.
• Figures labeled MR12 require race fuel and a matching map.

• Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
• When offered at checkout, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle and Cash App payments are sent directly to us and confirmed by hand. Your order ships once payment is confirmed.
• Prices and availability can change without notice. Items marked “Contact for Pricing” are quoted individually.
• We may cancel and fully refund an order if a product is unavailable or a price was listed in error.

We ship to the United States and Canada, usually by USPS, at the flat shipping rate shown at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you once the package is handed to the carrier.

• Unused, uninstalled parts in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery.
• Contact us through the contact page for a return authorization before sending anything back.
• You pay return shipping. There is no restocking fee.
• Custom maps, ECU reflashes and performed services are non-refundable once delivered or performed.

• Parts made by JB Performance are warranted against defects in workmanship.
• Third-party products, including Empire exhausts, Honey Badger parts and the Dynojet Power Commander 6, are covered by their manufacturers' warranties.
• Everything else is sold as-is.

Motorsports are dangerous. By buying and using performance parts and services, you accept the risks of riding and racing a modified motorcycle.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or service is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
