ECU Reflash (Mail-In)

Closed-course and off-road competition use. This service is meant for motorcycles used in closed-course competition, not on public roads. By ordering it, you confirm that's how it will be used. Running a reflashed ECU on public roads may break federal, state or local law.

Why reflash?

A reflash rewrites the calibration inside your bike's own ECU, so there's nothing extra to mount or wire. At $400 it costs less than a Power Commander 6 plus a custom map. It also reaches settings a plug-in fuel controller can't, and the ECU keeps adjusting for air temperature and altitude on its own. Prefer a PC6? See our dyno-proven packages.

Built on our dyno, for your combination

Every JB map is developed on our in-house dyno in Stevens Point. There, fueling and ignition timing are tested under controlled, repeatable conditions. Your map is matched to your intake and exhaust, stock or aftermarket.

How it works

1. Place your order here.
2. Remove your ECU and ship it to us. We recommend USPS Priority, tracked and insured. Our shipping address is shown on your order confirmation page. Include a note with your name, phone or email and order number, your bike's year and model, and any engine, intake or exhaust mods. You can also email the note to [email protected].
3. We flash it and ship it back. Reinstall it and ride.
